Pam assisted us with a difficult overseas move by helping us to find properties on the internet, arranging for us to inspect several, and ultimately closing on our favorite. She even handled all the paperwork at closing in our absence, keeping in contact with other agents, the mortgage company and us constantly. Working with Pam was a pleasure from the start. We were coming from out of state and only had a day and a half to look at houses. For a good two months before our visit, Pam was very helpful in sending us listings of houses that we found on the internet and were interested in, she answered our questions, provided helpful information about the housing market, etc. Two days before we were to look for house with Pam we sent her a final list of about ten houses we wanted to see. Due to the fast moving market when we got to her office she told us that all but two from our list had already sold, but Pam had spent several hours the day before putting together a list of houses that met our criteria, that were in the areas we were looking, and had just come on the market the day before. She took us out to see them, and there were three that we would have been happy with. One stood out above the others, though, and Pam moved fast to make sure we were able to get it. Within an hour of signing the papers to make an offer she had not only contacted the seller’s agent, but had the offer accepted and signed by the seller! In half a day we had gone from frustrated that our list had almost entirely sold, to find our dream house — thanks entirely to Pam!

Pam went well beyond the call of duty as well. Our lender was making us nervous, not seeming to be giving us all the information. The numbers just didn’t add up. Pam put us in touch with a reputable lender that she had worked with before, and we were fully approved for the mortgage at a great interest rate and low down payment in only 8 hours — 8 hours after working with the other guy for over a month and getting nowhere!
Pam embodies the ideal of what customer service should be. She put our interests first, and made things happen faster and more smoothly than we could ever have imagined. If we ever move again (and we may not since Pam found us our dream house!) we won’t go to anyone but Pam! She’s the best!
